Our Current Polices

First and foremost, we value all guests❤️

**Please do not bring young children.

*No pets to the appointment unless a service animal and must be well behaved.

-In a facial setting, client must be able to lie flat for up to 1 hour sometimes longer depending on the service provided and get on the facial table alone. Facials will only be performed on the facial table, to maintain proper agronomics for the specialist.

-Please arrive to your appointment in clean clothing with proper hygiene.

-please take phone calls outside.

-Please do not bring outside food

Reschedule/Cancellation Policy

Facial Entity operates with a 24-hour cancelation and reschedule policy.

$25 fee for less than 24-hour cancelation/reschedule with card on file

$50 fee for no show with card on file, no exceptions

If fee is unable to be collected and processed with card on file, the client will be put on a “Ban” list meaning the client will not be able to schedule with us till fee is paid in full.

Please note: If you find yourself needing to reschedule last minute, we understand that life can sometimes throw unexpected challenges your way. In such situations, please reach out to us as soon as possible call or text 520-477-2793. (leave detailed message)

No show policy

At Facial Entity, we maintain a strict policy regarding no-show clients to uphold the efficiency and professionalism of our business. No-show clients will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

All client appointments, including instances of no-shows, are meticulously logged to ensure accountability and uphold the integrity of our scheduling system.
