-Please do not bring young children and pets to the appointment unless a service animal

-In a facial setting, client must be able to lie flat for up to 1 hour and get on the facial table

-Please arrive to your appointment in clean clothing

Reschedule/Cancellation Policy

Facial Entity operates with a 24-hour cancelation and reschedule policy.

50% charge of full service price.

Please note: If you find yourself needing to reschedule or cancel last minute, we understand that life can sometimes throw unexpected challenges your way. In such situations, please reach out to us as soon as possible. The appointment app does not accept cancelation/reschedule less than 24 hours. We genuinely care about your needs and will try our best to accommodate any last-minute changes you may have. However, we kindly ask that you do not be a no-show, as it can affect our business and other clients' appointments. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.

No show policy

At Facial Entity, we maintain a strict policy regarding no-show clients to uphold the efficiency and professionalism of our business. No-show clients will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

For the first offense, a 50% fee of the full-service price will be charged to the card on file. For subsequent no-shows, a 100% charge will be applied, and a deposit will be required for any future appointments. Clients who fail to honor their appointments and do not pay the fee will not be allowed to reschedule until the outstanding amount is paid in full and will need to contact the business directly to schedule as online scheduling will be turned off. All client appointments, including instances of no-shows, are meticulously logged to ensure accountability and uphold the integrity of our scheduling system.

We take great pride in providing exceptional service, and no-shows are disrespectful to our business and to the time of our dedicated specialists. Clients who repeatedly fail to show up for their appointments will be permanently removed from our clientele base.
