Terms and Conditions for Prepaid Services/Package Purchases at Facial Entity

1. Validity Period:
   All pre-paid purchased services/packages must be used within 6 months from the purchase date. Any remaining sessions not used by the end of this period will automatically expire and be forfeited.

2. No Refunds or Credit Returns:
   Once a service/package is purchased, no refunds or credit returns will be issued for any unused sessions, regardless of the reason. Clients are encouraged to plan their appointments accordingly within the six-month period.

3. No-Show Policy:
   If a client fails to show up for an appointment without prior notice, the session will be counted as used. No exceptions or rescheduling options will be offered for no-show appointments. Please respect our time and your commitment to the service.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
   Clients are required to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the session being counted as used. While we understand life can be unpredictable, adherence to this policy ensures that both our schedule and yours remain organized.

5. Pre-Booking:
   Pre-booking appointments for all service/package sessions is highly recommended to ensure availability and flexibility in your schedule. Our appointment slots fill quickly, and booking in advance guarantees your preferred times.

6. Service/Package Repurchase:
   Once all sessions in a package have been used, clients are welcome to repurchase the package or explore other service packages available at Facial Entity. Packages are designed to deliver long-term benefits, and multiple series may enhance your skin’s overall health and appearance.

7. Non-Transferable:
   Service/Packages are non-transferable and must be used by the individual who purchased them. You cannot gift or transfer unused sessions to another person.

8. Expiration and Forfeiture:
   Any sessions not used within the six-month period will be forfeited without exception. Extensions will not be provided, so please ensure that you complete your series of treatments within the designated time frame.

9. Changes to Terms:
   Facial Entity reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be informed of any changes prior to their next scheduled appointment.
